GHETTOS Foundation, Inc. presents
"The Teen Entreprenuer and Financial
Bootcamp"
...sponsored by L & B Tax Service, Inc.
Program Overview
The GHETTOS bootcamp offers a full weekend of interactive learning and fun.
Our mission is to introduce young entrepreneurs of the future to business,
and help them understand the basic fundamentals of entrepreneurism, hard work and success. Teenagers, ages 13 to 19, learn about finance, credit
concepts, contract terms and more. This unique program helps foster
creativity, innovation and teamwork, and it challenges youths to get a headstart on working
hard towards a rewarding career in business ownership.
This special bootcamp gives teens access to reading materials that add value to
their learning experience now and later, allowing them to leverage the information
later on
as young adults no matter what path they choose. Participants
will be given guidance on creating a business plan and understanding the pros, cons and pitfalls of starting, running & maintaining a successful business. They'll
also have an opportunity to meet face-to-face with today's brilliant business owners
who were in their shoes not too long ago.
Our weekend bootcamp touches on all areas of success in business. And, we
package this dynamic learning experience with a touch of class, exposing participants
to "next level" resources and opportunities, including limo rides, upscale restaurants,
luxury cars and a viewing of luxury homes. This helps them put their eyes
on the prize today so they can establish the right mindset and start moving down
a path to success with focus, direction and dedication.
Our youths truly are the future. This program is designed to nurture youths'
desire to achieve success through business ownership.
